A reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in Shelbyville, IL is seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment. Join a supportive rehabilitation team committed to providing high-quality patient care in a positive and professional environment.
Position Highlights:
13-week contract
Monday-Friday schedule
8-hour day shifts
Skilled Nursing Facility setting
Immediate start available
Facility actively interviewing
Preferred Qualifications:
Illinois PT license (or eligibility)
Previous experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or Geriatric settings preferred
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
