Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Concord, CA | Skilled Nursing Facility | 13-Week Contract
A reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in Concord, CA is seeking a California-licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time contract assignment. Join a supportive rehabilitation team dedicated to helping patients achieve their highest level of independence and function.
Position Details:
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Full-time hours
13-week contract
Collaborative interdisciplinary team

Active California COTA license
Skilled Nursing or geriatric experience preferred
