What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate hospitalized patients to determine their physical and cognitive capacities
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to promote recovery
- Assist patients in regaining skills for daily living and functional independence
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies and safety
What You Need:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license for Michigan
- CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
- 1+ years of inpatient occupational therapy experience preferred
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
