Job Details

• Full-time position, Monday- Friday (schedule will be discussed)


• The provider will be providing medical care for all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics


• The provider must be able to treat patients who may have acute episodic conditions or chronic problems, as well as those seeking health evaluation, preventative care and/or education and counseling


• Prefer 1 year of experience as an NP or PA will consider New Grads


• New York license in hand or in process
