Job Details:

• Board Certified/Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon within 5 years of completing training


• Active Indiana License


• Build your own practice with a well-established patient base  you will be busy from day one

• Joint focus  fellowship training preferred but will consider a surgeon with extensive joint experience


• Shoulder experience is a plus
