Family Medicine Physician

Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20
This facility is seeking an Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity: - Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Patients per day: 20
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Scope: Urgent Care. 30% adult, 70% Geriatrics
- Active State License required
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 to 45 days
