Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Location: Tennessee

Schedule: Ongoing per diem day shifts

Openings: 1

Position Overview

Outpatient primary care and wellness in an employer sponsored clinic

Typical visits include acute episodic care, primary care follow ups, and chronic disease management

Average volume approximately 2 to 4 patients per hour

Comfort seeing ages 2 and older

Clinical Environment

Support staff assists with labs and injections as applicable to site workflow

Charting may begin with paper workflows until electronic access is granted

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Tennessee NP license

National certification (FNP or equivalent as applicable)

Active DEA

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
