What You’ll Do
- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for pediatric patients within a clinical setting.
- Educate families on health management, treatment plans, and wellness practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and IV therapies following hospital protocols.
- Document patient information accurately and report changes promptly.
- Support patient advocacy and ensure compassionate, respectful care.
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
What You Need
- Valid NH RN License and active ACLS & BLS (AHA) certifications.
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
