RN - Medical-Surgical (MS) Nurse - Lafayette, LA

What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care in a Medical-Surgical unit following the nursing process.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
- Adapt care strategies to diverse patient populations with cultural sensitivity.
What You Need
- Active RN license in Louisiana.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Certification in a clinical specialty area.
