Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments in a fast-paced ER environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage emergency situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
What You Need
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and work in a healthcare setting with potential exposure to blood and body fluids
