Pay & Benefits
- Pay rate: $54.31 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality ICU patient care, demonstrating professionalism and compassion.
- Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Adapt communication and care strategies to meet the diverse needs of patients and families.
- Document patient data accurately using EPIC electronic health records.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient status, respond to emergencies, and follow protocols for critical care.
- Support and educate patients and families during their stay.
What You Need
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, EPIC documentation experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, and CPI (Blue Card) certifications
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills
