What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to ER patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Use the nursing process to manage patient flow and prioritize care needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
- Adapt care approaches to diverse patient populations
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local health regulations
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
Preferred:
- Additional certifications in clinical specialty areas
- Experience working in fast-paced emergency environments
