What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process within state and professional standards
- Assess patient learning needs and implement tailored teaching strategies
- Effectively communicate and delegate tasks within the healthcare team
- Manage and coordinate nursing resources to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve care processes
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
- Demonstrate professionalism and cultural sensitivity in all interactions
What You Need
Required:
- Current Louisiana RN license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency with computer software and web-based applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
Preferred:
- Certification in a clinical specialty area
