Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a comprehensive cancer center with specialized units including BMT, Leukemia, Hematology, and Oncology.
- Float across Medical-Surgical and Progressive Care Oncology units as needed.
- Follow infection prevention protocols and fall prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
- Document accurately and ensure treatment plans are followed.
- Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and safety regulations.
What You Need
- Current Ohio RN license or equivalent active license
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certification
- 2+ years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry or high-acuity nursing required
- Oncology experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt to varying unit needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
About the Assignment
This assignment is at a specialized comprehensive cancer center with 318 acute care beds, dedicated to treating diverse cancer diagnoses. The RN will support infusion, inpatient, and outpatient oncology patients, ensuring quality care while adhering to strict infection control protocols. The unit fosters a collaborative environment with prior focus on patient safety, education, and teamwork.
