Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical oncology and hematology care as hospitalist
  
• Manage patient admissions, daily rounds, and discharges in a 7-on/7-off schedule
  
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team including nursing, pharmacy, and subspecialists
  
• Document patient encounters and orders in Epic EMR
  
• Participate in quality improvement and adherence to evidence-based protocols
