Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Join the only established comprehensive IVF program in the region with a 30-year history of fertility care 
• Serve a regional referral base of approximately 1-1.5 million patients in the Upper Midwest 
• Opportunity to help expand a high-demand fertility program with future Medical Director succession planning 
• Practice alongside an experienced REI physician with mentorship available for new graduates 
• Comprehensive fertility services including IVF, ICSI, embryo transfer, fertility preservation, egg freezing, male infertility evaluation, recurrent pregnancy loss, PCOS management, and oncofertility 
• Established IVF program performing approximately 160-210 IVF cycles annually with substantial opportunity for growth 
• Dedicated fertility team including 2 APPs, 4 fertility nurses, 2 LPNs, 2 I
