RN - ICU (Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit) - Night Shift 12 Hour

Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients following established protocols.
- Assess patient needs and deliver individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize EPIC electronic documentation system effectively.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Adhere to safety standards and infection control procedures.
- Document all patient care accurately and promptly.
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI (blue card).
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations.
- Proficiency in EPIC or similar documentation systems.
