What You’ll Do
- Provide urgent care and critical interventions in a fast-paced ER setting during night shifts
- Assess patient needs, prioritize treatments, and document accurately
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver quality care
- Assist with procedures, administer medications, and monitor patient responses
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide updates and support
- Ensure compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulations
What You Need
- Valid Michigan RN license and BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Excellent attention to detail and patience
