Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Skilled

Weekends: Alternating Schedule - Discuss during interview
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Preferred Qualifications
Proper State License
Skilled Nursing/long term care experience - since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
