What You’ll Do:
- Provide inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care outcomes
- Document patient progress using Cerner electronic charting system
- Participate in occasional on-call and holiday coverage as scheduled
- Float within scope to meet facility needs when necessary
What You Need:
- Indiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- BLS certification required
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (new grads welcome)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with some holiday coverage
