What You’ll Do
- Evaluate residents’ posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapy interventions aimed at restoring mobility and independence
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure high-quality patient care in compliance with regulations
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate residents and staff on therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques
- Lead, guide, and direct physical therapy services within the facility
What You Need
- Valid, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Missouri
- Meet educational and licensure requirements for a Physical Therapist
- Valid driver’s license in the state of Missouri
- Knowledgeable about skilled nursing home regulations and long-term care procedures
- Strong communication and patient care skills
