What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a Medical Surgical unit with occasional ER experience required
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and assist with procedures
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Document patient information accurately using the CPSI-Evident EMR system
- Maintain patient comfort and safety during your shift
What You Need
- Valid Kansas RN license or a multi-state license
- BLS certification (AHA) required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of MedSurg experience; ER experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and care
- Ability to work night shift, adapt to rural hospital settings
