What You’ll Do
- Provide psychiatric assessment and treatment to children and adolescents in an inpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
- Manage patient care during 7-day on/7-day off blocks
- Consult with families, school personnel, and community resources as needed
- Document clinical findings accurately and timely
- Maintain compliance with all licensing and facility protocols
What You Need
- Valid Ohio medical license and Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry
- Minimum 2 years of child and adolescent psychiatric experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
