Location: Ohio

Schedule: Ongoing per diem day shifts

Openings: 3

Position Overview

Outpatient primary care and corporate wellness coverage for employees and eligible family members.

Focus on wellness and prevention, acute episodic care, and chronic condition management.

May include occupational health services such as pre employment physicals and work related injury evaluation as applicable.

Clinical Scope

Ages seen: adult population (site specific).

No pain management.

EMR: Athena (experience preferred; training provided).

Required Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner (FNP preferred).

National certification as applicable.

Active state license in Ohio.

DEA required.

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Onboarding

Paid clinic shadowing may be requested prior to independent coverage.

Required compliance trainings must be completed prior to start (paid per client guidelines).
