We are seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon for a 90-day assignment with our client in California, commencing Oct 5, 2026. This vital role encompasses inpatient and clinic responsibilities, including performing surgical cases, managing call, and actively participating in patient consultations and team collaborations during standard weekday hours.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Obtain and maintain inpatient privileges
• Take call, including thoracic call
• Perform surgical cases in the hospital
• See patients in clinic
• Communicate with patients and families
• Participate in team meetings or department conferences as needed

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery is required
• The primary EMR system used is Epic
• This position includes both inpatient and outpatient clinic responsibilities
• Call schedule includes thoracic call requirements
