• Outpatient pain management clinic
• Adult-geriatric patient population
• Provide comprehensive chronic pain care
• Open Monday-Friday w/No Call Required
• Daily Census: 8-12 Patients Per Day

• Assignment length: 6 or 12 months
• BE/BC-Pain Management
• BC-American Board of Anesthesiology
• Active, unrestricted state medical license
• Current DEA
