COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
- $285k Base Salary + Production Incentives
- $25,000 Sign-On Bonus (half up front and the remainder after the 1st year)
- $10,000 Relocation Assistance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAIL Family Medicine (FM)
- Family Medicine - 100% Outpatient
- 12-16 patients per day in clinic
- 3 NP’s and 1 PA on-site
- No Call - Excellent work-life balance
- EMR - Meditech
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL Family Medicine (FM)
- MD/DO
- BE/BC
- Must acquire CO licensure
