Optimum is partnering with a hospital one hour from Indianapolis, Indiana, that has an opening for an OB/GYN to join their team.

This established OB/GYN practice offers a Monday through Friday schedule, shared 24-hour call, DaVinci robotics, competitive RVU-based compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

Opening Overview:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday with weekend rotations
• L&D Schedule: 4x5 24-hour call shifts per month
• Annual Volume: 1,600 deliveries
• Duties: Provide labor and delivery, operating room, and general OB/GYN coverage
• Team Structure: 7 OB/GYNs, 5 midwives, and 4 WHNPs
• Must have experience using DaVinci
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
