Description
A free-standing emergency department near Kansas City, Missouri, has an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide Emergency Medicine locum tenens coverage.
About the Opportunity: - Schedule: 9a-9p and 3p-1a
- No call required
- Daily Volume: 80 patients, ~3.5% admissions
- 10 beds, 1 trauma bay
- Required Procedures: Laceration repair, splinting, incision and drainage, etc.
- Support Staff: Physicians, RNs, and an imaging tech
- Must be board-certified
- ACLS and BLS required
- Paid travel and expenses
