- 20 patients per day
- 100% outpatient -- government facility
- Must treat patients ages 1 and up
- Experience with diabetes and chronic disease management required
- Wound care and chronic pain management experience needed
- Full-time role -- 3-month minimum commitment
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
