- Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar clinical setting
Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide routine and complex nursing care for patients with varied diagnoses, including respiratory issues, sepsis, and multiple co-morbidities
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring effectiveness and side effects
- Document patient history, treatments, and ongoing care accurately
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and ongoing care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Demonstrate leadership in self and others, adhering to ANA standards and organizational competencies
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Texas or compact
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
- At least 2 years of experience in a related nursing specialty
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
