What You’ll Do
- Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process in the endoscopy specialty
- Assess patient needs and implement individualized teaching strategies
- Communicate, delegate, and coordinate effectively within the interdisciplinary team
- Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and promote quality outcomes
- Respect patient privacy and adapt communication style accordingly
- Manage and prioritize nursing resources efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned to support patient care excellence
What You Need
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
- BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in endoscopy or related specialty
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Preferred: Certification in clinical specialty area
