What You’ll Do:
- Observe and document residents’ mental and physical well-being
- Accurately transcribe and carry out physicians’ orders
- Administer medications, treatments, and provide wound care as needed
- Supervise and support nursing assistants, ensuring quality resident care
- Assist with resident rounds and communicate medical needs during reviews
- Manage and document medication and treatment records digitally
- Participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Communicate effectively with residents’ families and team members
- Follow safety protocols for medication handling and infection control
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free unit environment
What You Need:
- Valid RN/LPN license for New Hampshire**
- Prior experience in long-term care nursing**
- Strong communication and teamwork skills**
- Ability to work independently and follow protocols**
- Knowledge of wound care, medication administration, and resident monitoring**
