What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care for adult and geriatric patients on the stepdown unit
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately using Epic EMR system
- Participate in patient and family education regarding care plans and health management
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare standards and safety protocols
- Assist in leadership activities and support team members in care delivery
What You Need:
- Valid NH RN license and Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration (upload required upon application)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of stepdown or comparable medical-surgical nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
