What You’ll Do
- Provide inpatient and outpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Manage patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
- Support hospital staff with physiatry expertise
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and clinical guidelines
What You Need
- Valid medical license in Washington State (preferred)
- Minimum 2 weeks/month availability
- Experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
