What You’ll Do
- Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitation of patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
- Develop and implement personalized care plans adhering to all regulatory standards
- Administer procedures such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document all clinical activities accurately within electronic health records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Support patient and family education and discharge planning
What You Need
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
- 1+ years of experience in outpatient, rehab, or long-term care settings
- Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to adhere to professional conduct and regulatory standards
