What You’ll Do:
- Effectively screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
- Develop personalized care plans aligning with regulatory and best practice standards
- Administer restorative and rehabilitative treatments, including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and assistance device use
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes accurately
- Provide consultation and education to patients, families, and caregivers
- Ensure detailed documentation of services and patient progress in electronic health records
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and conferences as required
- Supervise and support occupational therapy assistants, rehab aides, and students as needed
- Maintain compliance with NBCOT and state practice acts, ethics, and conduct standards
What You Need:
- Valid occupational therapy license in Oklahoma
- NBCOT certification
- At least X years of experience in LTC or related settings (specify if applicable)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
