What You’ll Do:
- Support and implement evidence-based rehabilitative interventions for patients with physical functioning disorders under supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices as part of patient care
- Assess patient progress and communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist for treatment adjustments
- Document treatment details and patient outcomes in electronic health records according to regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide patient and family education on treatment plans
- Participate in required clinical meetings, trainings, and interdisciplinary conferences
- Support and supervise students under supervision of a Physical Therapist, adhering to professional practice standards
What You Need:
- Current State Licensure as a PTA
- 1+ year of clinical experience preferred
- Knowledge of rehabilitative practices and documentation standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
