Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $60.30

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates based on record review and clinical interviews
- Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans tailored to inmate needs
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health support
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all treatment activities
- Apply psychological counseling techniques and interventions effectively
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure proper care delivery and inmate well-being
What You Need:
- Valid license and certifications in mental health counseling (per state requirements)
- Demonstrated experience in mental health assessment and crisis intervention
- Strong knowledge of psychological treatment techniques and confidentiality protocols
- U.S. citizenship (for facility clearance)
