Facility would like to offer a $1,500 completion bonus to the traveler after 13-weeks. Terms: 468 hours in a 13-week period with no more than 2 call offs or tardies ; All Documentation must be completed in a timely manner and satisfactory.
Will accept sooner start dates.
Outpatient Experience is preferred.
Will accept New Grads - No
Will accept First Time Travelers - Yes
Float to other clinics: TBD
Patient Population: Outpatient
Visits per week: 12-14/day (60 per week)
36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
