This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: 3-Month Commitment, Two Schedule options either Monday - Friday, 8am - 5p or Tuesday - Friday, 7am - 6pm · Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center · Procedures/Cases: Geriatric and underserved patient population, some pediatric as well. General Dentistry, mix of restorative and preventative care. · Credentialing Timeframe: ~30-60 days · Requirements: Active Medicaid, Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Curve and EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
