COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrician (PED)
- Competitive guaranteed base salary up to $330,000
- Up to 30K sign on and 10K-15K relocation
- Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), malpractice with tail coverage, and CME allowance
- Work in a well-supported Critical Access Hospital with strong community tie
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY Pediatrician (PED)
- Flexible 3-day per week outpatient clinic schedule
- Shared call coverage - 8-10 times on call per month
- Must be present for deliveries, nursery rounding, and light inpatient rounding
- Work alongside experienced family medicine and OB/GYN teams in a supportive rural setting
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatrician (PED)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Open to new graduates and experienced pediatricians
- Ideal candidate is comfortable practicing in a rural and underserved community
- Passionate about community-based medicine and continuity of care
