• Schedule: 12 or 24-hour shifts
• No call requirement
• Annual Volume: 6k deliveries
• 48-bed Level III NICU
• Team Structure: 9 laborists, 12 midwives, MFM, PAs, residents
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
