Optimum is partnering with a facility in northwestern Wyoming that has an opening for a Family Medicine physician with OB experience to join its established team.

This position offers a 4 to 5-day workweek, a competitive base salary plus RVU incentives, and a collaborative practice environment with a diverse scope of patient care.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 4-5 days per week
• 1:4 call rotation
• Setting: Clinic and hospital
• Patient Volume: 15–20 per day
• Duties: Outpatient family medicine, OB care and deliveries, occasional pediatric admissions, and long-term care/nursing facility coverage
• Support Staff: 4 Family Medicine physicians
• Must be board-certified
• DEA required
