Assignment
Start: October 1, 2026 (as soon as credentialed) — ongoing
Schedule: 4–6 × 24-hour shifts per month
Shift: 7a–7a (24-hour guarantee)
EMR: Epic

Scope
OB triage (required)
Postpartum and antepartum rounding
GYN rounding and ED coverage as needed
In-house call room assigned; primarily on-site to back up the FM/CNM team and manage moderate/higher-risk patients

Volume
80–100 deliveries per month across an FQHC patient population.

Facility
Level II trauma center, ~290 beds. FM/EM residents and medical students on-site.

Requirements
BC/BE OB/GYN
Active Illinois license
Active DEA and CSR
