What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed pathology assessments, including gross examinations and microscopic tissue analysis
- Evaluate tissue specimens, surgical margins, and tumor stages
- Conduct cytology procedures, including fine needle aspirations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in tumor boards
- Verify diagnostic results and provide expert consultation on complex cases
- Maintain thorough documentation and report findings accurately
- Support laboratory administrative tasks as needed
What You Need
- MD or DO degree with active, unrestricted California medical license
- Board Certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology; subspecialty certification preferred
- At least 5 years of independent clinical experience
- Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication
