Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 19-20 days of coverage per month; start date 1/1/2027, ongoing. Allowed holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
• Job Setting: Inpatient; Call Only (Beeper). Call ratio 1:4. Call response time: 30 minutes. Approximately 3-4 phone consults, 5-6 patients seen, and variable admissions per call. Call back rate approximately 15%. Monday volumes typically higher after the weekend.
• Types of Cases:
  • General Urology - Adult (Required)
  • Advanced endoscopic techniques (Preferred)
  • Laparoscopic surgeries (Preferred)
  • Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (Preferred)
  • Ureteroscopy (Preferred)
  • Radical cystectomy w/ileo-loop conduit (Preferred)
  • Radical prostatectomy (Preferred)
  • Nephrectomy (Preferred)
  • Prostatectomy (Preferred)
  • Pelvic node dissection (Preferred)
  • Robotic surgery, including partial nephrectomies/intraoperative ultrasound (Preferred)
  • Adrenalectomy (Preferred)
  • Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy (Preferred)
  • TRUS biopsies (Preferred)
  • Fertility work-up (Preferred)
  • Incontinence procedures (Preferred)
  • Penile prosthesis (Preferred)
  • Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy - ESWL (Preferred)
  • Renal transplant surgery (Preferred)
  • Advanced pediatric surgery (Preferred)
• Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days. Temporary privileges available. Fellowship requirement: 3 years.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Licensure: Licensed in MN, will consider IMLC
