Description
Are you a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner searching for your next locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Washington might be the perfect fit for you!Opportunity Highlights- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM with weekend beeper call every 3rd weekend (8 hours on Saturday and Sunday). Assignment begins as soon as provider obtains hospital privileges (30-90 day timeframe) for 3 months. Full-time coverage required from one provider.
- Job Setting: Inpatient
- Types of Cases: Cardiology; cardiac stress testing required. Up to 8 patients per shift. Weekend beeper call includes phone consults, patients seen, and admissions as determined.
- Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe is 30 days. Temporary privileges are available. Current CV must be uploaded with bid. DEA required. Malpractice insurance provided by vendor. Long-term housing preapproval required; regional budget is $3,000 per month.
- EMR System: Epic
- Call Details: Beeper call; 15-minute call response time required. Call-back rate is 60%. Call ratio TBD.
Minimum Requirements- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS required. Cardiac stress testing knowledge and experience required.
- Licensure: Active Washington State license or IMLC
