   REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Board Status: Board Certified (OB/GYN)

State License: Universal License (IMLC)

DEA: Required

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, ABLS

Experience: Minimum 3 years post-residency preferred

Credentialing Timeline: 60–90 days

Other Qualifications: EPIC proficiency, team-based care experience

   DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide full-scope OB/GYN care including low and high-risk pregnancy management.

Perform gynecological surgeries including open, laparoscopic, and robotic procedures.

Participate in a 1:5 in-house call rotation.

Supervise and support Family Medicine residents in OB triage and inpatient management.

Collaborate with a dedicated hospitalist and generalist group to ensure comprehensive patient care.

   REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Required:
- Low risk pregnancy
- High risk pregnancy
- FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- OB Ultrasounds (Performance of, interpretation, Level I/Screening (viability))
- Routine delivery (Vaginal, Decision-making for c-section)
- Complicated delivery (C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC's)
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Office/minor gynecology (IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.)
- Surgical gynecology (Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only (tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation), Operative/major (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's))
- Laser certification
