This role involves delivering general, cosmetic, and emergency dentistry services, with shifts scheduled Monday through Wednesday. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive patient care, including diagnostics, treatment planning, and follow-up, ensuring high-quality dental outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive general, cosmetic, and emergency dental care to patients.
• Perform thorough diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans.
• Strive for a case acceptance rate of 65% or higher for treatment recommendations.
• Achieve a periodontal diagnosis rate of 30% or higher, including a goal of two SRPs daily.
• Maintain an average production goal of at least $3000 per provider day.
• Ensure 50% or higher new patient FMX (full mouth X-ray) rates for comprehensive treatment.
